„City in the Rain“ was made shortly after the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center. Originally the lyrics should only exist for a while helping to overcome this event to then find their way back into the pigeonhole. Unfortunately - one has to admit - it´s still a burning issue today. Terror attacks in London and Madrid, war in Afghanistan and Iraq, conflicts between Israel and Lebanon, etc.

Early in 2006 we recorded the song with studio equipment. When we noticed (discovered) Neil Young´s “Song Of The Times” at the end of 2006, we sent a link to LWW. Of course an English translation of the lyrics needed to be sent later. Since 26 December 2006 a German song has been set on “Living With War”.

Since February 2008 our song has been running on the Californian "No Lies Radio". They discovered the song through LWW and it seems suitable for their anti-war programme. In Mai 2008 there was an interview with the radio station over the phone which was broadcasted at Whitsun 2008.
